These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Handwriting Font Maker: TTF mobile application (the "App"), published by CodeBuster Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Handwriting Font Maker: TTF allows you to draw your own handwriting on a guided canvas and export it as a standard .ttf (TrueType) font file for use in other applications and on other devices.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal or business use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Ownership of Your Handwriting and Exported Fonts

You retain full ownership of the handwriting you draw within the App and of any .ttf font file you export using the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your handwriting or your exported fonts, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your handwriting data to our servers.

You are responsible for how you use your exported fonts, including any use in commercial designs, products, or materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of your exported font complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Free Features and Pro Unlock

Drawing letters and previewing your handwriting in the App is free, with no limit on the number of fonts you can create or preview. Exporting a finished .ttf font file requires a one-time "Lifetime Pro Unlock" in-app purchase. This is a single, one-time payment — not a recurring subscription. Once purchased, the Pro Unlock applies to the App on the account used to make the purchase, subject to Apple's App Store policies.

5. Payments and Refunds

All in-app purchases are processed and billed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies; we do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create fonts intended to impersonate another identifiable individual without their consent, or for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App itself (as distinct from fonts you create using it)

7. Intellectual Property

The App itself, including its design, code, guided-canvas interface, branding, and all associated materials, is the property of CodeBuster Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy. As stated there, the App does not collect user data — your handwriting and exported font files remain on your device.

9. Third-Party Use of Exported Fonts

Once exported, your .ttf font file may be imported into or installed on third-party apps and platforms (for example, Procreate, Canva, Microsoft Word, or Cricut Design Space). We do not control, and are not responsible for, those third-party products, their terms of use, or how they handle any file you choose to import into them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported fonts will be compatible with every third-party application or operating system version.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeBuster Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to CodeBuster Apps, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
